If you choose to collect your item you will be given a 10 minute appointment time when you can come in and collect. Please note this is not adequate for a fitting. If you want to come and try on shoes or other items you will need a longer appointment and should email email@example.com prior to arrange an appointment for a fitting. Please be prompt for your appointment as other people may have an appointment time following yours.
Orders from Highland Dance Shop will aim to dispatch within 2 working days unless stated in the website or via email. Standard despatch will be 1st or 2nd Class Royal Mail, Parcelforce or courier depending on the size of the parcel. For Royal Mail delivery policy and Christmas delivery times please check www.royalmail.com. If the order is out of stock you will be informed of this. In some cases if stock is due in soon, you will be allowed to place a backorder, if not, you will be informed that it is out of stock. For international orders please email first for an appropriate delivery method and cost and we can invoice you separately.
There is an option to collect an item. Highland Dance Shop is primarily an online retail supplier and therefor do not have personnel at one location at any time. Therefor, if you want to arrange collection rather than post, you will need to make an appointment noting that you will be coming to our registered office address and not a physical shop.
Highland Dance Shop delivery rates are class related depending on size and weight.

If you are ordering from outside of the UK, please email us for delivery costings.
If you require to return an item please email firstname.lastname@example.org stating the item to be returned, the reason for return, and date purchased. You will then be emailed details of where to return the item to. Returns are the purchaser’s own responsibility and must be made within 5 working days and the product must remain sealed and unused. For hygeine reasons we are unable to exchange hats or underwear. CD’s may be returned only if they are sealed CD’s and returned in the original seal. For shoes we recommend you measure the length and width of the child’s foot and email these to email@example.com prior to ordering so we can double check the sizing to avoid returns. Any shoes must be returned unworn, with absolutely no marks and in the original bag without being laced up. For metal swords you must return these in full original packaging. Including the plastic bag and all oils for transportation. Failure to return items in the original condition for resale to another customer may result in a £10 repackaging charge. Unless if return is due to a faulty item, if items are unsaleable on their return we cannot accept them.
All items will be checked prior to dispatch and if returned also double checked that the item has not be worn or in a resaleable condition. We recommend a receipt of postage should be obtained for all return items in the event of loss.
Please do not return items without emailing first, as we need to keep a schedule of returned items, and expected returned items to avoid anything going missing in the post.
