Please be aware that James Senior/HDS cannot accept responsibility for leather that has torn, or stitching which has burst as a result of purchasing shoes which are too small and have been overstretched to fit.  We also cannot accept responsibility for soles separating from uppers at the toes due to pivot action and general rigours of dancing.  Should this occur, a simple bonding repair with a contact adhesive such as EvoStick will restore the shoes.  James Senior are happy to carry out minor repairs on shoes posted to their warehouse at the customer's own expense which does not affect your statutory rights.
